Worst Thing in one's Life is studying,Best thing i would suggest is keep learning.......

I came across through many intellectual persons,The Reason they are intellectual is mainly due to one single reason'The power to observe'. Because one can learn a lot by observing.Many books reveal that history gave us a lessons how to live our life but being insane over educational System we ignore the particular core concept.Education gives an Immediate effect but not an Sustainable one.In turn learning offers an Continuous effect but in delayed phase.Need of the  hour is an Learning imbibed within the concepts of  education.This concept seems to be the wonderful wealth of Western hemisphere .

Being a Victim of old educational Educational System,India lacking in effectiveness to execute better.India Survive mainly due to Genetical Intelligence not due to Educational Excellence.It may be a premature guess by an Premature Person.But this is Fact .

Any thing that surrounds us reveals a the thing within us ,If a  prosperous educational system in place there is no need for more governmental action in economic reforms.If the Base is Set right by the help of righteous persons .Future  Will count on us.

Try to Ignore  past learning and Experiment yourself  to learn .... learn.....learn....learn for Ever..........

“Many People Say Time will Reveal Wonders, But  mostly  time will Create Questions ???”

Before 1947, If  I was there my question would be,“Why they are here?”

After 1947 till few days before my question is quite simple,

“If they were here what would be our Position?”

Change in time, changed my question too, they are here,What will be the Future?

Yes of course,I  Just Gazing the prospects due to  British Delegation in India as a citizen of india.The casual visit for better cause.Mr.David Cameron (Prime Minister of Great Britain) intensifies cooperation between two nations to greater extent, He Quoted that the cooperation in three areas at large Galvanising Trade relation, Reinforcing Security Efforts and Increasing People to People .Similar reaction also came from high level committee of India to bring the best for the duo.

The British colonial rule created a corporate environment in India. India got innovative and Comprehensive structure in the field of Infrastructure, Legal and Communication Systems in the colonial rule. The Great Depression in 1927 had created a big bang in the global economy. Still this is also considered as a reason to decline of Colonial rule and Resurrection of colonies.

Colonial Rule always known for his Greediness than  Greatness, Indian Contribution to Worlds Wealth in 1700 is 24.4% compared to Europe is 23.3%.In 1952 India’s contribution restricted to just 3.8% .This is the outcome of colonial rule since the inception of East India Company  with one Governor and 24 Board of Directors. Now in current scenario India’s Contribution in GDP 2% of global output. Time always swing reversely in particular momentum. Once again we got a call from Britain with recent visit of Britain Prime Minister with Seven Cabinet Minister. In between we got many calls from UK; this call seems to be more longer than ever at this juncture of vibrant global economic conditions .Surely it’s a good call to have, creating prospects with mutual concern. The earlier approach made by British Colonial Rule is quite invasive in nature, But current scenario is more Cohesive in Nature.

What Ever it may be colonial or conglomerate…… to me time reveal Questions not Wonders!!!!!

 Currently I would stop with the Question………Am I Questionable for this Scribbling???? Answer me or else I Will Question you ????????????

C’SR not CSR………….

‘‘There are many indicators to calculate growth, but there is no tool to calibrate Sustainable Growth” Growth depends on efforts whereas sustainability had its base on effectiveness of effort. Every corporate is looking for Performing CSR activities to enhance their Humanity as well as their Corporate Image (Depends on Companies).Now this is the time to think of C’SR, Celebrities Social Responsibility.

          Competition had created dilemma among every professionals in universe. Being in Celebrity market, the celebrities had a peculiar Factor to think. For them Timing is not important than being Timid. They are in the business of Converting Intangible Fame to Tangible Assets. Being socially responsible is not easy since the community surrounding them won’t let them to do so.

                                       Recently I Read an Article about MS Dhoni (My all time Role Model in Team Governance) on Brand Endorsement. In short Term his Growth is Tremendous, B’Coz he reflected the Ideology of Brand New Generation of India. The thing to concern is his Brand Endorsement, He currently endorsed with 22 brands and Forth coming World Cup will increase the Inclination of corporates to endorse him Further. The overall endorsement may extend the Endorsement further and in terms of Value it may Surpass 200 Crores (Early Record of Sachin is 180 crores).Personally, every Generation Next Can Feel Greed of  these Champs due to their middle class livelihood at one time. But infact it’s the Time to Create Value for their Profession .The Celebrity Social Responsibility is not alone to give a pose for Social cause instead of Commercial Frame, Celebrity Social Responsibility is also to create Value for the Core Competency they Known For.MS Dhoni is just an Example for a Celebrity endorsed by Many brands (Quantitative Factor).

                                    When Comes to celebrity Endorsed by only few brands, there needs a review of qualitative Factor. Most Endorsements are not happening after consideration of qualitative factors. Fans are Blind Folded by the attractiveness towards a Celebrity. They highly interested to do and use what they use. Of course it is tough to be more qualitatively conscious in this competitive Corporate, yet there is always a room to think of.

                         Once again I want to insist that C’SR is not giving pose to social Cause, it should be a pose to prospect professional attributes. It’s all about sustainable factor.
